We understand that life happens. We respect your time and do our best to be available to you at your scheduled appointment time and we ask the same of you. Just to be clear, The Beehive Lashes Kona follows the following policies to ensure our day to day runs smoothly and we can meet our clients demands:
Arriving Late
Our daily schedules allow for enough time to accommodate our clients. But the margin of time in between each appointment is not very big. If you arrive late for your appointment, The Beehive may shorten your appointment time in order to accommodate our clients whose appointments follow yours. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may determine that there is not enough time to complete your service. If this happens, you will be responsible for the full payment of your scheduled session.
Credit Card Deposits for Full Sets
Because of the length of the appointment time required for Full Sets, deposits are required when you schedule your appointment. A credit card will be processed and verified at the time you book your appointment and a 50% deposit will be charged to hold your appointment time. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is only refundable if you provide more than 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations and No Shows
Advanced notice of 24 hours is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows The Beehive enough time to schedule an appointment for someone else. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the price of your appointment. This amount must be paid before you will be allowed to receive your next service.
Excessive Loss of Eyelashes
If more than 50% of your eyelashes are gone (as determined by The Beehive), a $20-$30 surcharge will be added to the cost of your service. This is required to ensure we have enough time to make your eyelashes look great.
Fills by Other Eyelash Bars
If you are a new client and have eyelash extensions from somewhere else, The Beehive reserves the right to determine the best service for you: Standard Relash, Extended Service Relash, or Full Set. We do this to make sure your eyelashes look great. The Beehive will not guarantee a particular service until the condition of your existing lashes and extensions has been determined.
